What did the customer need?
The team at Lowry & Associates, Inc. was looking for a partner who offered web portal development services and could help transform their outdated Intranet web portal into a comprehensive and reliable solution for contract auditors and employees. They had outgrown their older site which they were managing on Google and were frustrated with losing documents in the system and having difficulty managing user roles and permissions within G-Suites.
What was our approach?
We knew that Lowry & Associates, Inc. needed an innovative and flexible web portal that integrated with G-Suites, acted as a central repository for company resources, and enabled non-technical admins to add content and users to it. Our team helped them plan, design, and develop a Wordpress solution that did all those things including giving registered users permission-based access to the existing learning management system where lessons and training materials were hosted. Any Lowry admin was now able to manage users, set permissions for users and login via G-Suite using a custom plugin.
