Following a chance encounter in 2010, John and JD launched Spiral Scout - a full-service software development partner that has grown to over 120 employees around the globe. Over that time, we’ve helped over 200 ambitious businesses build, develop and scale truly transformative and innovative software solutions as they use software to grow their business and valuations.

We look to partner with individuals or companies who need software development expertise and are as passionate and obsessed with their businesses as we are with the work that we do.

We keep active records of work and track time in our project management software so you can follow along with the progress in real-time. Everything is documented for you and future team members.

As we do with our clients, we build extremely close relationships within our team of 120 employees to create a true sense of caring, belonging and teamwork that keeps our employee retention extremely high.

By innovating around the employee benefits, we strive to achieve a healthy work and life balance. One social benefit we introduced over 5 years ago was our Friyay policy, which provides everyone on our team with alternating Friday’s off (paid) throughout the year. One Friday, half our company is off and then the following Friday the other half of the company is off.

Belarus office is opened and joins Hi-Tech Park in Minsk
