Spiral Scout is looking to hire a full time, lead digital designer. Someone similar to a Swiss Army Knife, who has experience doing a little bit of everything in the design world. This designer needs to be versatile enough that they can deeply understand and think through product strategy, have good interaction skills and a great visual sense since they will be doing everything from designing the UI/UX to thinking about the brand to designing icons…
This individual will work w the founders to define the brand and have the freedom to set the visual style for Spiral Scout as well as a number of our clients. The right person will lead our design department and mold it into what they think is an ideal home for design within a company that has over 50 engineers. We hope that excites you. We are looking for a thoughtful, highly creative, risk-taking, intentionally thinking, patient leader to work with.
Pay is based on experience but for the right person or even the “design team” we are willing to be very competitive. We are open to someone working remotely or with our team in San Francisco or Minsk. We also have every other Friday off from work so you take a 3-day vacation or chill with your family or sleep on your couch. It’s up to you.
