Recently, our Spiral Scout support team has been receiving reports about fraudulent activities involving individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Spiral Scout. These scammers are using our logo and registering similar domain names to deceive people and steal their money.
Official Communication Channels
To ensure your safety, please be aware of the following:
- Official Domain: We only use spiralscout.com for our official business. Any other domain is not associated with us.
- Email Communication: Our team exclusively uses emails ending with @spiralscout.com. We do not use free email services like Gmail, Hotmail, etc.
- Communication Platforms: We never use WhatsApp for official communication.
- Financial Transactions: Spiral Scout does not accept money deposits. We only perform services related to software development, testing, and web design.
Signs of a Scam
Be cautious if you encounter the following:
- Requests for money deposits.
- Communication via emails from free services like Gmail.
- Use of WhatsApp for communication.
- Requests for additional deposits to receive funds.
- Use of domains similar to spiralscout.com, such as spiralscoutwork.top, spiralscout.space, spiralscout.fun, spiralscout.xyz, and others.
- Phone numbers starting with the UK country code (+44).
- Encouragement to earn cryptocurrency (USDC) by completing tasks, starting with an initial fund in their Metamask wallet.
- Tasks requiring higher investments with promises of higher returns.
- Encouragement to recruit others for additional commissions.
